I feel you. It’s a scary place. It feels like loosing your mind, identity, everything. But the most impactful spiritual quote I heard was “How do you know you’re on the right path? You know when there is no path ahead of you…” Accepting that we don’t know what’s ahead, and learning to get comfortable with that, paradoxically brings with it a sense of safety, and certainty. It’s okay to not know. You’ll still be okay. X
Thank you. 🙏🏼 I’ve felt so much sorrow these past twelve months and have cried more than I’ve ever cried. To trust in the process and allow the tears and sorrow to move from the inside to out. I’m also working with shame of allowing myself to be seen in this place of vulnerability and not needed external validation.
Your inner light is shining like a beacon my love ❤️❤️❤️
✨✨
Thank you for taking the time to explain the process. I needed to read this today🩷🩷🩷🩷

Thank you for writing this. I’m right here. The fear and despair in not knowing what I must do next. Midlife. Perimenopause. The waiting. X
